Leopardstown Lions meet once a month, the second Monday each month at 8pm in  Bewleys Hotel, Leopardstown. Our local territory is primarily Leopardstown/Sandyford but it extends to wherever we receive a request for assistance in a large radius around Leopardstown.

At our meeting we discuss organising events that will create revenue and we address different ways of spending that money we raise.

100% of the money raised at events is distributed after expenses.

Everything we do we do voluntarily.

The club is organised into those that have a flair for organising events and generating interest in them and those that prefer to seek out situations where the money raised can be best distributed.

We work closely with the local Gardai, school Principals and community leaders.

If you can give some of your time to join us we would be delighted to see you

Come along to one of our meetings and observe how the club operates

Last Man (or Woman) Standing

Mon 8th Dec at 8pm in Bewleys hotel Leopardstown

This is our annual fundraising event that allows us purchase food (and some toys) for distribution before Christmas as well as doing other things for the local community throughout the year.

About The Event

When you arrive you will see a big board with 200 numbers lit up.
Everyone receives a numbered ticket and during a four course meal numbers are drawn out of a drum.
When your number comes out it is darkened on the board
After every few numbers someone will win a prize.
There will be 3 X €100 cash prizes and the last man standing will win €500.
We also have a great raffle, spot prizes and entertainment
In all well over €1500 in przes will be given out on the night

Tickets are just €50 each and we will have round tables set up for 8 or 10 people. This is a great ‘fun’ evening!

If you cannot make it you may consider giving a prize which will be duly acknowledged or alternatively make a donation
Please contact Tony Holohan on 0862408789 for bookings, offers of prizes towards the event or a donation
100% of money donated is distributed as decided at our meetings to people that badly need assistance.
